Trackbox.ai's affiliate program lets approved partners refer clients to Trackbox.ai and earn commissions based on eligible, tracked, and collected revenue.
You can apply through the Trackbox.ai partner program page. After submission, your application may be approved or declined based on internal review.
Yes. Affiliates must be approved before commissions can be tracked and paid.
Trackbox.ai uses its affiliate tracking and attribution system to record referrals and conversions. The platform supports tracking methods and event attribution.
You earn commission only when the referred client's payment has actually been received by Trackbox.ai. Commission is based on collected revenue, not just a signed-up or billed client.
If the client has not paid, the related commission stays pending and is not released for payout.
If a client pays for the first one or two months but delays or misses a later payment, the commission for that unpaid month remains pending until the payment is received. If payment never arrives, that commission is not paid.
Payouts are typically processed on a monthly consolidated basis, after commissions are approved and eligible for payment.
Not necessarily. The default process can be platform-led, with Trackbox.ai issuing a payout statement or summary. An invoice can be required only if Trackbox.ai's finance team requests one.
Bank Transfer, Stripe, PayPal, and Crypto are currently supported.
A pending commission is a tracked referral that has not yet met all conditions for payout, such as client payment receipt, validation, or review.
An approved commission is one that has passed validation and is eligible to be included in the payout cycle.
Yes. Commissions can be adjusted, reversed, or clawed back if there is a refund, chargeback, reversal, fraud issue, or non-payment.
Tiered commissions reward affiliates with higher payouts when they reach certain performance levels. For example, more conversions in a month could lead to a higher commission rate.
Yes. Affiliates can access performance insights and personalize saved views in the platform.
Yes. The platform supports CSV exports for reporting and reconciliation.
Yes. Trackbox.ai can suspend or terminate an affiliate account for policy violations, fraud, low-quality traffic, misuse of brand assets, or other compliance concerns.
Yes. Trackbox.ai may update the program rules, payout policies, or commission terms from time to time.
